Wonderful Bungalow Stay!

The staff welcomed me SO warmly, and I got an amazing complimentary upgrade. The facilities impressed me a lot! The beach club, the pool, and the 24/7 gym were great. Breakfast offered everything one could wish for. It was like such a great stay.
The bungalow's condition was slightly worn. Some minor repairs would REALLY freshen things up.

The location was superb with the beach right in front. The breakfast included excellent variety! I really enjoyed the Moroccan pancake. The staff were super kind and helpful.

The location near the beach was acceptable. It made accessing water sports fairly easy.
The room wasn't great. The bathroom smelled of sewage the entire time and several sockets did not work. The staff seemed polite but disorganized.

We enjoyed the welcome drinks and the comfortable sofa upon arrival. haitam, the radisson experience manager, was super helpful. I met a great member of staff. the self-service food was great and i liked the personal touch of plate service.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options and I appreciated the made-to-order scrambled eggs. Our standard room received an upgrade to a bungalow and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was friendly as they sang for my husband's birthday and gave extra attention to our baby.
Coffee capsules were not refilled daily unless requested.

the location was great, near to the village. the bungalow had a welcome fruit platter, a nice touch. the staffs were friendly and always cute.
the room smelled bad. sockets weren't working properly in the room. we booked a double bed, but we were given twin beds.
